On average we would supply your initial sample within one week; however this lead time may be longer if there is a need for specialist materials or mould making. Your comprehensive and detailed specifications will ensure that we do not lose time having to query your needs.

We can supply approval samples free of charge unless there are tooling costs or exceptional silkscreen and printing involved. Our clients take responsibility at their own account for the cost of shipping samples by supplying us their courier account number(s).
