1. Download our Customer information Collection Form, then fill in your company information or personal information and requirements. 
2. If you need a tailor-made sample(s), please write the specification and details.  
We will do according to your requirements.

Prepare for your sample(s)
1. Our customer service people will send a proforma invoice for your sample(s).
2. Please send us the payment voucher after completing the payment. 
We will make preparation for your sample(s) upon receipt of the payment.

Ship your sample(s)
1. Once the sample(s) is ready, our customer service people will contact you and send the sample photos.
2. We will contact the logistic company, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT to ship the sample(s) upon receipt of your confirmation.
3. The tracking number will be sent to you by email after shipping the sample(s).
Our customer service people will check shipment status and custom clearance status and report to your timely if there is any issues.

Follow up and Feedback
1. Our customer service people will check with you and check if the sample(s) is well received.
2. Our customer service people will follow up to check the testing result and feedback from you.
